Best tacos I have found in all of Tampa bay. The fresh lime and cilantro really make the tacos out of this world. And, the lady who is always taking the orders is so friendly and always smiling. Makes the experience even better.

May 21, 2019The best fresh, authentic Mexican food around. If you've visited them in the past, they've relocated approximately 1 block south east of their previous location. They're now in front of Lighthouse Ministries. New seating, and much easier to get in and out of than their previous location. The food is amazing, and is always made to order, so expect it to take a couple of minutes. They have daily specials that are reasonably priced. The food reminds me of my trips to Mexico/Isla, super fresh and made to order. You need to check out their new Restaurant Location in La Viva Shopping Center, they have an expanded menu and full bar. We ate there last night, and I had the Fajitas, my husband had the street tacos, chips and salsa, everything was amazing. A MUST on anyone who loves Mexican food. Staff was attentive and friendly. 1st class!

May 21, 2020Good food, good service, good people. I had the tacos al pastor and they were phenomenal. Much better than any chain place in the area and the food seemed to be healthier as well. The vibrancy of the pastor should speak for itself. Tipping goes a long way at small mom and pop food stands like this one.

May 5, 2020I went for the first time and I got Tacos they were fantastic. The only complaint I have is to expect to wait for your order. I waited about 30min before I got my food, but let me tell you it hit the spot??. So overall good food, your just going to have to wait for it.

May 31, 2020Really enjoy all of their offerings. Good portions and fair priced. What is a little annoying is that even if they're not busy food takes at least 20 min to be ready, when they are, it's a lot more.

I did get 3 but with what they give you, 2 would be enough. Food is fresh .the aroma is so satisfying. Customer Service is awesome and everyone is friendly . Will be a repeat customer . ?

My only favorite place to eat tacos!! I go every week an its a must that i have spicy chicken tacos an the sauces especially the green spicy omg is the best I've ever had. The sweet lady whom place orders literally knows me by name. If you haven't tried this place you are definitely missing out on the real deal!!!!♥️

October 25, 2019Great food and friendly people. I arrived at like 10 p.m. on Friday evening and they stayed open to cook for me. My neighbor Raves about this place so I thought I would try it. Food is great. Definitely recommend it. The only thing I would change is that there torta milanesa should have tomato sauce and melted cheese.

I love how humble the outside seating and awning is, and how simple yet well-executed the food was (spicy chicken burrito is what I got, definitely would recommend). Decent service, and great variety - exactly what I'd expect from a product that feels like you entered a traditional mexican household at dinnertime

My family loves this place. Waiting sucks during busy hours, but that means they're popular. I've been trying different things off the menu and everything has been amazing. Try the lengua, you won't want anything else after. Looking forward to their new restaurant.

October 14, 2019Had the daily special; chicken mole. It was delicious, and the sides of rice and beans (and salsa) was amazing. It was better than anything I could get at a sit down restaurant in Ohio. I'd eat there way more often given the opportunity.

January 20, 2020In my personal humble opinion, so far this is the best authentic Mexican food (from a truck stand view) in the county. I come here as often as I can! The only drawback is that there is a long wait at times, but you gotta remember that this is NOT a restaurant but a truck stand, so it does take a lot longer, especially with the volume of people that come here. However, the wait is TOTALLY worth it. The food tastes amazing and fresh. If you have not tried this place, I strongly suggest you do ASAP!
